Each order is prepared by hand and ships within 3–5 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time for delivery.
We do not accept returns on consumable items, including tea and tea sugar.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email info@maisonchemin.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

- For one perfectly brewed cup, bring 8–10 ounces of water to a rolling boil.
- Place 1–2 teaspoons of Chémin Tea in your steeper basket, then add the hot water.
- Cover with the steeper cap and steep for 2–5 minutes for Nirvana or 5–7 minutes for Serenity, depending on your preferred strength.
- Remove the cap, lift the strainer basket out of your cup, and rest it in the indentation on the cap.
- Sweeten to taste with Chémin Tea Sugar, sip, and enjoy.
